There is nothing to say about these very special wellies other than that they work for the V-brakes they need. I doubt how functional it is to have them on the brake, but I'll replace them anyway. At least when restoring an old bike, it makes sense to replace them when the old ones look a bit torn. This is a Jagwire brand that makes all kinds of high quality bike cables and cases. I really like their non-compressing brake housing and replace all of their brake housings when I rebuild one of my family bikes. Easy to install when changing cables and recommended for what they are.
