Very good product, easy installation and functions, fingerprint, key fob, code setting. There isn't enough easy pass mode, you can do it, but it could be easier. Three valid inputs in a row within that many seconds will open the door for 15 minutes or even an hour. That downside aside, we love it and it's better than just the big combination locks and at about the same price. Don't forget that you need your hub for Alexa to work. Update: There is a pass mode in settings. You can block the lock with the keyboard, bonus. The support team responds quickly and solves the problem immediately, has always been professional and helpful. Highly recommended!
