When it arrived the tin looked like something very heavy had been placed on it. The small handle at the top was crushed, the sides bent. However, the box it came in was not damaged in any way. This means that the broken and damaged tin was placed in an already damaged box and shipped. The Revain was good enough to make a replacement in one night that didn't get damaged. However, with another order of Hardener 207, this happened again. The box is undamaged, the glass inside is badly damaged. Why is it so difficult not to put a damaged item in a shipping box? Revain now rolls down. The resin itself is West 105. Works perfectly as it should. I highly recommend using pumps so the ratio is as easy as hitting a pump.
