They're almost perfect except for one thing: the two little rubber bands at the corners of the opening are about 1/2 inch shorter. Inserting a hard plastic mold into a mop head is a real struggle! A broken nail later while wearing. If only the manufacturer had made the elastic parts (which are supposed to prevent the pad tearing when putting it on and taking it off) a little longer. These pads were once perfect and I love the added cleaning power of the hard gray streaks on my tile floors! Not sure if I would try them on a wood floor or a glossy tile, but they were great for a matte floor tile. See someone cut out the stretch on their set and was happy, but I'm afraid that might loosen the side seams. . Hopefully the rubber will loosen up a bit over time.
