My mop uses a flat pad that you place on the floor and place the mop on top. Then snap it on both sides to hold it securely. This is a pocket that fits over the entire mop head. This is not at all like the Shark Mop Cloths. They fit perfectly and are thick. So far they have survived several uses and washes in the washing machine. However, these are "pocket" pads, not at all like shark pads. They're hard to put on and even harder to take off because they're hot and wet and dirty and you have to touch them all to get them off. They're almost perfect except for one thing: the two little rubber bands at the corners of the opening are about 1/2 inch shorter. Inserting a hard plastic mold into a mop head is a real struggle!
