The 2.6 gallon Superbio bags with grips come exactly as pictured and cost about 21 cents each for a pack of 100, which I'm not willing to pay for garbage bags on a regular basis. I do like the quality and feel of the material though, they have an almost silk feel and are quite strong but prone to puncture wounds, so they do a good job of holding heavy content as long as the weight of the content is evenly distributed. Therefore it is not a suitable resistance to hold a significant weight of sharp objects. They work well for bathroom or bedroom dirt, but not for medical or heavy-duty applications.
