Wow the instructions were terrible but after setting it up it works fine. Out of the box it's configured to dispense cartridges, which I haven't tested. I had to lubricate my Tanaka hedge trimmer with Stihl Bulk Trimmer Grease in a tube. To switch to volumetric dosing, the gun must be disassembled and the piston reversed. The instructions make a vain attempt to explain this as too much is lost in translation and the drawings provide no description. Luckily, guessing the correct arrangement of the pieces wasn't difficult. Need a helper for assembly due to greasy hands and spring drag.
