This item does exactly what you need. It comes in a small box with two rolls, one roll of hook tape and one roll of loop tape. The rolls can be cut into strips of any size and have an adhesive backing (you will need to peel off the backing on each side). Pull them like you would a tape dispenser (makes getting sections easier). The only reason this product loses a star is because the adhesive is NOT load bearing. Don't expect the adhesive to hold much weight if you want to velcro something then stand upright. This product is still great, even with this shortcoming. If you need weight you can always put some CA on the sticky sides. I bought this item to attach my bed bases to the bed frame with velcro. , and since the velcro is horizontal and the glue isn't loaded, it works great and is fairly inexpensive.
