I get lots of neck pains and headaches. Therefore I end up using lots of heating pads and ice packs. I loved the Lavender scent of this heating pad. The material inside tends to move around quite a bit and because it’s one long piece it would end up on the ends of the pad away from where I wanted them to be heating on me. It would have been better to have some seams throughout to separate the internal material and keep it spaced throughout the entire pad. Also make sure you slowly heat in the microwave as mine burned after doing an additional 30 seconds to heat more. The heat doesn’t stay very long either. Overall, I’ve had better heating pads. The scent is the beat part.
