Highly recommend! on my review.
If you plan on doing a long cook with your sous vide (3+ hours), I would recommend buying these bags. I made short ribs for Christmas that I cooked at 170 for 33 hours and they were PERFECTTTTT! The bags didn't fall apart or leak. Must have!
