It's nice to have multiple different areas of focus - I like it

I had to consult a friend of mine who unpacked and commented on this. This man loves the great outdoors and has used many pencil sharpeners. He's hard to please, and as you can hear, he's delighted. He's an odd man and has a lot of tobacco in his mouth, but if you listen carefully you can hear instructive comments. Since this sharpener has three uses, I initially thought it was designed for different blade sizes. My friend in the video said I was wrong and that the three slots are designed to work in a three stage process in all three areas as well as various internal abrasive areas. Internal areas that shave the blade: diamond, tungsten and ceramic. In addition to what you see in the video, I sharpened two of my own blades. Love my friend's selection of a knife that appears to be used for meat preparation and that he has used in connection with his own hunting. This knife selection is slightly different than the type you would get in a standard knife set, showing that this sharpener works well with a wide variety of blade styles. You can also sharpen scissors, which I've just tried and I'm happy to say it works great too. The look is beautiful and matches my other kitchen gadgets with a classic silver sanding section that leads to a solid black handle area. The device is light, but not light enough to move while sharpening. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with it and can only recommend it.
