These are not welded nor are the tube legs solid. Not sure how legs attach to support. Made in China. They are quite lightweight. But paint finish was good and they came with all listed parts and well-packaged. However I don't plan to use them - another $$ life lesson.
- Used this to put legs on a natural wood table
- Can be quite sharp on the ends, posing a safety hazard
