DEFINITELY NOT HIGH ACCURACY, 2 more rings are needed. I didn't pay enough attention to ONE picture that showed the bubble in the center, and the bubble is so small compared to the center ring that it's impossible to get a highly accurate reading. This is fine for things like leveling a jig or countertop, but if you want EXACT accuracy, this is NOT the way to go.
