I installed this high pressure hose on my 2003 Hyundai Elantra Gt Hatchback. The rubber part of the pump is great. However, part of the pipeline ends with steering. Rack and pinion not installed properly. I have tried installing a reverse flare nut in the high pressure hole of the rack and pinion many times. He was only half done and couldn't go on. In the next few days after installation I found a small power steering fluid leak from the inverted cap nut and hole. Tried binding it again but to no avail. Since the piping of my old high-pressure hose is still in good shape and doesn't cause any problems, I unscrewed the new piece of piping (the one with the metal part) from the entire hose and replaced it with the old piping and tied it off. It has become EXCELLENT. Took just under 10 minutes and easily installed the inverted nut into the rack and pinion hole (stock tube length and shape is perfect for rack and pinion). Conclusion: The rubber part is great. ; The rack and pinion piping part WILL NOT FIT MY VEHICLE and its 90 degree length is slightly shorter than my old original. So I had a really hard time getting the flare nut into the hole in the rack and pinion (this is the hardest part of the installation).
