Review on Trans-Dapt 2202 Holley 4V to SB TBI Adapter: Efficient Solution for Performance Enhancements by Reggie Higdem

Great quality adapter but on some applications you will need to modify the inlet like I do on my Edelbrock RPM air gap. I need to mount where the TBI holes are meant to be. You will also need to cut the bolts for the TBI to be flush with the adapter for better airflow. It is very clear what this adapter does.
