I gave this product 1 star just because I had to. I received this product on Tuesday. I could see that a few other tags have been removed from the box because it was shipped earlier. I took it out of the box and there were a few dents in the top of the heat press. one to the point where it had a real hole in it. I turn it on and nothing. Writes that the device is on, but does not heat up, the display does not work. Nothing. I arranged collection within 10 minutes of delivery. Maybe it will be a good product when you get a new one.
- The aluminum heating plate has a Teflon coating on the heating plate with an evenly heated surface.
