Review on 🥤 Glass Pitcher with Lid, 60 Ounces - Ideal for Hot/Cold Water, Juice, Iced Tea, and Other Beverages by Jonathan Olson

I did a lot of research before purchasing this pitcher - I wanted to make the switch from using an old plastic soda container and this seemed like the best option in the size I wanted. When it arrived I liked its size and design, although admittedly the glass was a little thin for such a large vessel. The description said it was lab grade borosilicate glass which should be strong so I didn't think much about it. Today, just 4 days after delivery, when I put the jug back in the fridge, I tapped the edge of the base to get it back in the fridge door. It cracked and a piece broke off at the bottom (see photo) flooding everything underneath onto the bottom of my fridge. I understand glass can be more fragile, but I haven't dropped it or abused it in any way, and I've spent about $30 in just a few days. Don't waste your money - find another mug. As for my review - it was pretty easy to sort out, but that doesn't make up for its utter uselessness.
