I recently (about 4 weeks ago) bought a PNY Multicard Reader that supports USB 2.0 and reads Smart, MMS, CDflash, memory card, etc. Well it worked great for a few weeks when broke. When it's plugged in, my computer won't start, and when I start my computer and then plug it in, the computer freezes. So no problem, I thought. I just take it and buy another. Well I go to their website and click on 'guarantee' and the multicard isn't even on the list. So I thought I'd write to you? Good thing there is no email address. By fax? No, there is no fax. I'll get the original box that came with the card and call tech support. I must have watched 20 voice prompts and it seemed like forever (probably 10 minutes). Eventually I got to the point where I was told to wait for a tech support person. And the waiting time was around 40 minutes (that's well before Christmas too). It says I can leave a voicemail and they'll call me back. like i do And I get no answer. So today (the day after Christmas) I try to call back and the line is busy. Unbelievable. I will never buy another PNY product again.
