Review on KC HiLiTES 151 Apollo Driving by Steven Emberling

Added these to my Toyota Sequoia over the winter months as part of my backup lighting system. I love using LEDs in my headlights, but they just aren't good for melting snow off the housings. I figured why not add those halogens in case of an inevitable snowstorm. I can say that I am very impressed. These things are bright enough, generate heat, and can be used individually to illuminate the night road ahead without blinding other drivers. Combine them optionally with the Apollo High Beam/Pencil Beam Set to set up a high beam that works perfectly with these extended headlights. I was very impressed with the distance along the road they cover. The only "problem" I had during installation was having to get a longer 3/8" bolt/bolt to install them in my desired location. The supplied connection instructions are also easy to understand. I was a little worried that the fasteners wouldn't hold the lights in place well enough after tilting, although they held the position I had tightened them in. All in all a great product. Couldn't be happier with the new setup I have!
