Green Elephant has done it again! I am a professional chef and for the last 10+ years I have used stones, steel and bands to keep my knives sharp. A year ago I bought a Green Elephant ceramic blade for knife maintenance between sharpenings - I use it daily and the blade still works with no wear. So when I was looking for a new line, it was easy to use again. This paddle lanyard is a high-quality masterpiece made of smooth and suede leather. I started using a sling straight away - the included diamond paste is 1 micron, perfect for putting the finishing touches on all my blades after sharpening them with my 6K. Stone sand to keep my knives razor sharp. even sharper. Oh, and did I tell you that thing is big? The leather piece is over 11 inches long, making it very easy to sharpen even my longest Hattori and JCK knives. Thank you again, green elephant.
