Sharp, durable and inexpensive. I got this knife so I don't have to use my other more expensive chef's knives as often and it works just as well. The only downside is that the plastic handle doesn't feel as comfortable as other materials, but that doesn't make this knife as expensive as others either. Excellent quality.
