Unfortunately we are unable to give an official rating for this product. When you open the packaging they look as advertised. However, we bought them to donate to the 54th American Legion Post in Chevel, Washington. There they will be placed in Christmas baskets that will be prepared for distribution to more than 30 veterans in the area who need assistance. I'm sure these recipients will appreciate these thermal socks in our typically cold winter. Thank you for your product, Bill and Kay.
