Received my two 8X10 frames today. I rushed to open the first one and before I could even look at it, I could smell it. I can still smell it now that I've repackaged it. Smells like a pond near my house. When I took it out, I noticed that my hand was all brown with a powdery substance. I then looked at the frame and both of the "living edges" as someone called them in previous comments were really alive, with lots of fungus. Both frames. Please note that none of the frames were in raw packaging. The packaging was impeccable. The faint stains you see on the cardboard are mold stains that got on my hands when I took the frame out of the bubble wrap. Revain gave me my money back for the website, but I wanted people to know they could get a product that eats mold. Also, I hope the store/manufacturer can report this to their QC team.
