Manufacturer does not follow replacement policy

The manufacturer's FAQ states that if you damage a part during assembly, it will be replaced free of charge. This product has several fragile parts. I followed their instructions for replacing parts and got no response from them. Several letters within 5 weeks went unanswered. I enjoyed collecting their other models. However, if they're not following their own guidelines, it may be time to look for a new hobby or supplier.
