Yes it is the fuel pump and it works as it should. So far so good, only time and miles will tell. This is an OEM for my '99 Dodge Dakota and has everything you need for a clean install. I really had to buy a replacement wire connector (from the truck side, not the pump side) as mine broke replacing it in the freezing weather, but I was lucky enough to find it locally.
