So the electrical part is ok. My disappointment in the assembly base. It's cheap, unstable and of poor quality. The nut on the back is plastic. When I tightened it it cracked and broke. I bought a metal wing nut to replace it. The base is cheap thin metal. When I tightened the first screw it broke the base. Luckily I had a small washing machine that fit. I don't think it will survive the winter. Just take a look.
