Review on 🌬️ A/C Safe AC-160 Universal Heavy-Duty Window Air Conditioning Support Bracket by Jamal Webb

I bought this for the upstairs guest room so I can install our small fridge window unit. I read reviews that said you can't easily install it unless you have a smooth window sill, but I went with it anyway because it's summer in Georgia and my mom was visiting from Oregon. Although I love doing useful housework, I'm not good at all. I just kind of throw myself into something and YouTube videos for advice. When I noticed that there was a small piece of metal sticking out of the window sill, my first thought was to attach something in that spot to line it up for the bracket. I didn't have anything and didn't want to go to the store, so I just took my pliers and pulled out a block-sized piece of metal that's under the bracket. As a result, the window sill was relatively flat and I was able to mount the bracket without any problems. The only thing I had to do was buy a drill press because I definitely can't install without it. I've had the window air conditioner installed for a couple of weeks now and it works great - the outside foot pad hasn't shifted at all and there haven't been any leaks or anything. For me, this is the best option for efficiently cooling a room on the second floor.
