Physically very nice lock. I found the fingerprint reader to be the most reliable with fingerprints and it usually works on the first try or second. Fingers are taken several times. Unlock code works fine. Setup was easy and it connected to my wifi with no issues. The only thing that confuses me is that the Wi-Fi integration options are very limited. I was sure it would be compatible with Home Assistant, but it's not at all, which is why you're stuck with Alexa, Google Home, or IFTTT. Then the only real use of Wi-Fi is to use their remote unlock/lock app, and why would you do that when someone could just ask you for your passcode? I wanted to see the status, move the PTZ camera when locking/unlocking, and log access history, but I can't do any of that with this device because it doesn't integrate with anything useful.
