Their customer support is outstanding! I have never had to wait for over 20 minutes before getting help with any issue, which has been very helpful in our business where we are constantly solving problems or having questions answered quickly when they arise. The best thing about this software though was how easy it made my job as manager/owner so much easier than if i would've done everything by hand myself - all reports were able to be created within seconds without me doing anything extra at times too!! Great product overall but not really enough customization options available (like being allowed multiple colors). It's hard sometimes knowing what you need to do next because there isn't always clear instructions provided through their training videos online either. If someone wants something like floatcare easily implemented into his current system then he won't regret using them once its live. There aren’t many benefits other than.
