Not working

Obviously the installation was easy, just connect it with HDMI and USB but that's it. First you connect to the WiFi IT SSID, open a browser, enter its fixed IP address in the URL field, select a series of settings for which there are no instructions and useful online help, and finally it shows up in your device list for screen sharing. too, but. SAYS it is connected, but unfortunately nothing changes on the TV. still just the main setup screen. I mentioned terrible support, really nothing.
