The fan is good, but it makes a faint cleaning noise every time the blades spin. Maybe it will pass with time. I have two complaints. When installing the mounting bracket to the ceiling box, use the mounting screws supplied with the ceiling box. Well, my job isn't new and I don't have any screws. Wouldn't it be nice to add a few standard ceiling fan sizes? You could have saved yourself a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the installation. Finally they added extra screws for other parts of the setup. In addition, the scheme is missing. One or two will say something like "Install the screws," but there's no indication what they're talking about. Also, this fan does not have a self-leveling device. So if your box mount is slightly bent, the fan down tube will be bent and could hit the case on one side. You'll need to pay attention to that as you walk and may need a shin under the box where the motor mount slides into the suspension mount.
