The missing link for keto athletes (or maybe most athletes!)

First; UCan changed my life. A big statement but now I can give my 100% on race day or any other day. I've been on a low carb diet for 22 years and ketogenic for 5 years. I have traveled alone across the US 3 times and my best was 17 days without support. I was the top street racer in my state for ten years and rode 462 miles in one day. I'm trying to get back into competition as a keto athlete, but I've kept falling on my high-intensity training days. What we do know about keto is that it's great for steady-state endurance, but even marathon runners sometimes need to turn it on at high speed for tactical reasons. After studying myself blindly and experimenting with different carb strategies on race day, I found UCan and reviewed the study results. Most of the bad reviews were about the taste of the bars and powder, the solubility of the powder, and indigestion. I don't have any of these problems. I add a scoop to my bulletproof coffee and place it in a large cup electric blender (shaker cups don't break up the powder). The flavor is great, but it's hard to bulletproof it. I collected 2 cans and 2 boxes of coffee bars and didn't fall out of the zone for a second! That seems too good to be true! I don't write many reviews but some things need to be shared. I would do a lot for that kind of performance, and when I read reviews that the taste is bad, I'm reminded that some people put great athletes' excrement up their ass to improve performance. With that in mind, I find the coffee-flavored bar delicious, but you need water or you might choke. What have I done so far; I'm fine with no bars or powder (just bulletproof) for 3 hours of fat burning, sustained aerobic rides, or 2 hours or less with a few tough climbs or sprints. Real training runs and races, even short ones, require UCan for me. One scoop lasts me exactly 2 hours with BP coffee alone, and after that I need a bar every hour and 30 minutes. A bar half an hour before your ride and one every hour and thirty minutes works great too. I'm sure they work wonders for many athletes, even those on a high-carb diet. I hope this works for you.
