what a mistake. I've been using these chains for years and break the chain with a tool. now, with the new quick link, it's very, very hard to turn off the "quick" link and almost impossible to turn one back on. so i watched the video. The old quick link could not be deactivated. bought an instrument. still didn't work. took it to a bike shop. he couldn't remove it or put in a new one without swearing a lot and twisting the chain. much easier with the old system, i'm sure quick links work better at other companies. not Shimano
