Got information to return a product that was not useful This was all the reasons I don't like to .
I had asked the no help line person that I needed a door opener for a 12 foot garage door. She told me the 1200 would open the door but I would needed a extension kit. This kit is for a 8 foot door, no help !tried to return it on line but is was past the 30 day limit. no help here! Called Revain, some what help line and got a person the had very heavy Indian accent that was hard to understand. Not of US I am sure.
