This meat thermometer is sooooo bad! I digested 2 three tips. The temperature is very inaccurate! The company has an initial hiring for back beef at 147! I set the temperature to 135. I cook three nozzles for 13-15 minutes on each side. 30 minutes total. The temperature is usually 130-135. After a 10-minute break, the temperature is around 145 °C. Perfect center back. With this thermometer, the temperature on one side was only 95°C after 15 minutes. Turn the roast for another 15 minutes. The temperature was recorded at 115. The roast seemed a little undercooked so I cooked it 5 minutes longer. Registered temperature 118. Something Wong! I took the rose off the grill. 10 minutes rested. The temperature jumped to 160. No way! I took a hand thermometer. 163 registered Everyone likes very well done, jerky! Ruined Fourth of July Dinner! 🤨
