When the unit first arrived I followed the instructions to the letter. This is my third panel. The first has a longitudinal crack, which is ugly to look at considering the panel is still working. The second is in my master bedroom in the northwest corner of the house. This wall almost freezes over in the winter and is now giving our local utility a hot spot on their detector lol. This current panel is the first to have Wi-Fi connectivity and after a few hours I gave up trying to connect. I ordered and connected a new SONOFF Wi-Fi interface. I suspect that the one that came to the panel was broken somehow. The replacement guide and the one with the panel all talk about a green light letting you know it's connected. I dismantled the block in my hands and there is no green light. NOT CORRECT. The software that should work with this device does not work. I have the best program I use with every wireless device in my house and it connected right away. I would have given it five stars if it weren't for SONOFF's misleading tuning information.
