Update: I contacted the company directly and they sent me a replacement free of charge. I value good customer service and will be very careful when using a new machine. First Review: At first everything seemed to be working fine. The water tank kept dripping onto the table but that seemed like a minor downside. Then, after three months of casual use, I started getting copious amounts of coffee grounds in every cup I brewed. Eventually I realized that the part at the front of the machine that pierces the top of the capsules was somehow damaged. Some of it was crushed, resulting in the cases being partially torn apart rather than punctured as intended. I have never handled the machine by hand so this kind of damage seems unreasonable. It is understood that the part is made of cheap plastic and should be made of something more durable. This machine is not durable and I regret buying it. I contacted the manufacturer but who knows if that will help.
