Review on 🔋 Airtex E8016S Universal Electric Fuel Pump: Reliable Performance in Cadmium Gold Finish by Kurt Bravo

I originally purchased this product for a Toyota truck that I have previously owned. But then I had unforeseen problems with the truck, so I traded it in for an Isuzu Rodeo SUV. After that I had problems with the fuel pump on my Dodge Ram truck. I was confused about the fuel system, so I didn't immediately replace the factory fuel pump with an electric one. But then I did an in-line deployment first and then bypassed the OEM mechanical fuel pump entirely when I saw fuel leaking from the old pump. At first I left out the filter that came with the pump but found that it interfered with drawing fuel so I removed it. . The alternative was to install it next to the fuel tank, but that was too much hassle. That was after the truck's OEM filter, so I wasn't too concerned. It worked great without the filter that came with the pump. The pump is very quiet and consumes fuel quite well. I don't understand why manufacturers didn't immediately put electric fuel pumps on all their cars. This saves battery drain and mechanical wear.
