Review on LJM Group by Allan Lambert

My experience has been great since I joined this service; they have assisted me greatly when it came to finding reliable couriers, even if that meant looking at carriers outside our country borders! They are incredibly helpful staff which is one thing we needed because customer support doesn't always follow through!! The only suggestion was possibly allowing an automatic notification system so things could be tracked more efficiently - but other than those 2 little issues everything else went perfect. If only i knew about them sooner (and their excellent rates)i'm sure my courier spending would've reduced overall :). I like that they are very knowledgeable about what is going on within the transportation industry, however there can be times when it takes longer than expected to get answers back from them. We have been using their services for many years now so we do not think this has changed much over time. They help us keep our costs down while maintaining great service levels.
