LJM Group - Ease of Use and Very Responsive

The system is easy to use, user friendly & very responsive when it comes time do ship or pick up my packages from local post office/mailbox etc.- It's not always accurate regarding package location at USPS locations (sometimes they are wrong). I like that we can track our shipments online but sometimes there isn't an updated status after several days which makes me think something went awry during transit - maybe due too much weight? Not sure if this has been addressed since moving into new…

I like that it is easy to use, has many features which are helpful when running an eCommerce site such as tracking orders/invoicing etc., its customer service team respond quickly and helpfully - they're always willing to go above & beyond what's required! Some customers have had issues using their online portal but this can be resolved if reported promptly (within 2 weeks). Fantastic Customer Service and Great Experience

I have been working closely w/ John, Paul & Mike at all levels over 8 years now! They are very professional but can be light hearted too during some "office" fun times we share together; always willing to help out or even just listen if needed (for an extra 5 minutes). If there is something they don't know about what's going - ask them because THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS!! We've enjoyed not only learning everything that comes up daily within any type project our companies do with each other yet…

Great Service & Extremely Helpful Staff

My experience has been great since I joined this service; they have assisted me greatly when it came to finding reliable couriers, even if that meant looking at carriers outside our country borders! They are incredibly helpful staff which is one thing we needed because customer support doesn't always follow through!! The only suggestion was possibly allowing an automatic notification system so things could be tracked more efficiently - but other than those 2 little issues everything else went…
