I like that it is easy to use, has many features which are helpful when running an eCommerce site such as tracking orders/invoicing etc., its customer service team respond quickly and helpfully - they're always willing to go above & beyond what's required! Some customers have had issues using their online portal but this can be resolved if reported promptly (within 2 weeks). The benefits include being able to create customised reports so we know exactly where our money goes each month; having access to multiple carriers at once allows us flexibility without compromising quality or safety standards too much i.e.; no one supplier carries all products across Australia therefore there isn't any risk of losing stock due to transport disruption / delays.
