The quality control of this product is very poor. When I first used it, there was a significant leak at the junction with the switching valve. When I removed the hose to check what had happened, it was obvious that the hose hadn't been crimped to the fitting at all. It's a little hard to see the detail in the picture, but the hose end on the left shows a dent from a proper crimp, while the hose end on the right is smooth and straight with no signs of crimping. Unfortunately I couldn't return it because the return window was closed. This item was one of many items purchased as part of a bathroom renovation project and was ordered prior to the start of the project. It wasn't used until the end of this project, so I missed the return window by 7 days. Very disappointing!
