ENJOY THE TASTE OF OATMEAL COOKIES!

The taste of oatmeal biscuits is very good! Not the best I've tried, but pretty damn good considering it's a plant-based protein. That means yes, this is one of the best tasting powders I've had in this category. However, I did not like this chocolate-nut taste. I just didn't like it. It tasted more like chocolate-coconut than chocolate-almond. It's personal preference because I'm not a big fan of coconut flavor. Your mileage may vary. Of course, if I expect something to taste like chocolate almonds and it doesn't, well, that's not good. Without a doubt, Jym Supplement Science makes high quality products and this one is no different. I just think they screwed up the taste here. I mix a scoop of this with 8 ounces of almond milk and it mixes well. As with the oatmeal flavor, I had to shake for a second round, which is unusual for any protein powder. This is not an isolated case either. Every time I make a cocktail I have to shake it twice for 15-20 seconds each time. It's a smooth protein powder with no graininess. So if you like chocolate and coconut flavored proteins, you'll probably love this one. Pretty good representation of almond joy. In terms of price, you can't go wrong with a healthy protein. You get 24 servings for about $32. The nutrition label looks pretty good, although the sodium content is a bit high at 19% per scoop. However, you could make it a lot worse. If you're looking for an inexpensive, healthy, plant-based protein option, this is one of the best options you'll find. Just pay attention to the flavor that comes in.
