Pretty good for the price

First impressions were pretty good. They are nicely packaged in a clean and professional looking blow molded case. A bit of a cheap HF instrument smell, but not the worst I've experienced. The outlets themselves appear to be about the same as other budget brands. The fit and finish is a bit inferior to the shorter Stanley set I have, but the materials and construction seem comparable. The ends of the balls are well ground, there are no noticeable tool marks, and the hardness of the material seems a little harder than Stanley judging by the fast feed of the file. I was a little suspicious of the cheaper ball end hex head set after reading a few reviews on Revain about other budget brands that seem to have problems with the head shearing off under torque so I did a small spot check to make sure what they won. Don't break out at the wrong time and don't leave me in a bad place. I clamped a 1/4-20 nut in a vise and used a torque wrench and a 5mm hex head from that kit to thread the bolt in, starting at 50 inch lbs and increasing in 10 increments until the bolt was at 90 inches rounded was .lbs. . The hex head has not worn down from mishandling so I'm sure it will last with reasonable use in the future. Overall happy with it; So far I think it's a decent buy if you're looking for this type of tool on a budget.
