Although my husband and I took computer classes and even some programming in high school/college (in the 1980s-90s), we are not really "technical" people. We just want to turn on the computer and it works. We have a desktop computer at home and my laptop, both connected to the internet. We recently had a thunderstorm and our modem (provided by the phone company) and almond were damaged by lightning. The phone company replaced our modem and I contacted Securifi for a small Almond router. To be honest I didn't know if they would cover it as it was pretty much exactly 1 year old (we bought it on September 17th 2017) and the thunderstorm could be considered a natural disaster. They checked my old bill and I sent them a photo of an almond and they covered it with no questions asked. Within a few days to a week we had our fresh almonds. I called them this morning and a very nice young man helped me connect it to our modem and also reconnect my laptop. I can't comment on how well this device works for all of the different surgeries people are performing today, but the customer support from this company for our issue was second to none. They corresponded with me and called me several times urging me to contact them if we had any problems. Again, I don't know how people use these routers, but I have to say I haven't had such good customer service from a company in a long time. I would like to give them more stars for their customer service in our situation.
