Doesn't hold charge quite as long as promised, but is close to specs, and may level up a little after a few charge cycles. I say 4 to 5 stars so far.The included instructions (tiny print but good English) for maximizing battery health were appreciated.Installing it in a new-ish Dell laptop required disassembly of the bottom of laptop -- about 12 screws and some _very_ careful prying off the the tight back cover. After that it's just removing 4 screws that hold the old battery, carefully popping out the tiny power connector, and installing the new battery (and putting the back cover back on, carefully).Dell needs to make these new thin batteries easily accessible (via an easily removable cover plate), as they don't seem to last as long as previous styles. I used to get 4+ years out of a brick-style Dell laptop battery; these new ones won't hold a charge after 2 or so years. This is not the first one I've replaced for myself or friends.
