This scale is very light and does the job perfectly. However, I received this product in the mail and the battery died immediately. I decided not to mess with customer service and just ordered a 3 lithium battery pack from Revain for about $5. For this reason I would recommend ordering a set of lithium batteries, you will need them in the future even if you are lucky and not in the same predicament as me. Even when buying additional batteries, I think the price of the scale is great, so I would recommend it.
