I like how it allows me to manage my projects in one place, which helps reduce time spent searching through different tools. It could be improved by allowing multiple users access at once (which would require more resources). Also, there are some features within this program such as reporting options that aren't available anywhere else, so you need to use their platform exclusively if you want those specific functions. We're able to track our progress of tasks throughout all phases of an assignment. This has allowed us to better plan future work loads without having to rely solely upon our own estimates or guesswork.
