The dashboard has so many features to help organize content for our clients! You can create customized surveys with custom questions using filters or by selecting from prebuilt question sets such as "Calls", '"Chat Sessions".
We also have created an analytics page that allows us see how people are interacting in each survey they receive via email/webpage etc., we use these insights daily when working remotely (we don't come into work everyday). I've enjoyed this product since day one but would like more training resources available online if it was possible - sometimes things aren’s intuitive enough even though there's support staff ready at any time of night during business hours should something go wrong after creating survey templates? Our organization needs constant communication through multiple methods including text messages & emails along w social media posts, having access anywhere anytime without downloading anything.
