Excellent customer service. I bought the device and used it once and it worked fantastic. I was very happy with his behavior on the ice. He gave similar readings to the Vexlar device in the hole next to mine. I had problems with the device and charging after the first use. The next day, Deeper customer service replied via email with replacement instructions and even contacted you afterwards to make sure I was happy.
